Service Description

By taking part in energy healing treatments, the client is agreeing to but not limited to the following terms and conditions. TERMS AND CONDITIONS *You must be of legal age or have a parent or guardian's permission to partake in energy healing treatments. *Prices are subject to change with demand of services. All fees are paid before sessions begin and once services commence there are no refunds. *2 days notice is required to cancel or change a session to avoid a $50 fee. This fee may be waived twice if you are using a ‘Plan for Success’ package. *Energy healing is a consented experience and therefore any changes in the client’s life and health are solely the responsibility of the client. *We reserve the right to discontinue treatments at anytime, any unused portion of a ‘Plan for Success’ will be refunded to the client. *We accept termination of services by the client at anytime. If a ‘Plan for Success’ package has been purchased, treatments used will be prorated using the full fee guide and the remainder refunded to the client. *Energy healing may start a cascade of changes in your life, and as such, all responsibility for health (emotional & physical) and spirit, remains on the client as is the case with all our actions in life. *When you agree to an energy healing session, you agree to not take any legal actions against the practitioner, location, or Divine Energy Healing, for any accidents that may occur during or due to a treatment. *Each session may require light touching on the client’s body by the practitioner. *There is no time limit on a healing. Healing is unique to each person, it is not a race, nor comparable to others... All that happens is what can happen; and it can serve you well to remember this. *On going sessions are recommended to assist the energy in holding its re-patterning and to continue healing and/or create new habits effortlessly. *You will be required to sign a waiver at your first visit. DISCLAIMER Divine Energy Healing, the practitioner, & location where treatments take place, take no responsibility for any changes in your life and/or wellbeing; they are solely the responsibility of the client. Energy healing treatments work very well in combination with conventional healing modalities, and it is encouraged to continue them until your physician/specialist has deemed you well enough to discontinue their service, or you feel it appropriate.
