You are only required to share within your comfort zone. • An intention is established & you will be asked to make yourself comfortable on the table where a scan of your energy field (aura) will be done to see which energy healing technique(s) would benefit you for the session. • Treatments are done fully clothed, but you will be required to remove your shoes & all metals. • There is some touch involved during the treatments but can be forgone when requested • After the treatment we will assess your experience & how you feel. • The session may include other healing techniques that are appropriate for you at the time; these may include somatic & visualization techniques, or add-ons.
